Inactivity Policy

When people join this guild, we expect them to be active members of our family. We prefer not to take players who can only raid 1 time a month or something similar because they will take a back seat to other raiders and may feel left out and eventually leave because of it.

As such, we have an inactivity policy to keep our roster clear from players that haven't logged on in months.

We do realize however that players take vacations, they have family functions, they may be in the military etc etc etc

If a player knows they are going to be away for more than 30 days, we require a post on our website stating where they'll be and for how long. They must also speak to an officer and let them know. The player is then moved to our "Inactive" rank until they return at which point they return to the previous rank they had obtained.

For players who make no effort to tell officers where they are going to be, these players are removed on day 31 due to inactivity. If the player wishes to come back to the guild, they may reapply.
